Fundraising

The Children's Sunshine Home could not function without the support of our many benefactors and friends.

 

The task we face to re-develop existing services and build a Children's Hospice is no mean feat. But however daunting the task of this work, the prospect of standing still and Ireland not having a much needed Children's Hospice is even more daunting.

All fundraising efforts make a difference. And every little helps. But importantly, ALL funds raised for The Children's Sunshine Home Hospice Project go towards this work. We could not function without the support of our many benefactors and friends. All and any support is welcome and appreciated.

How you can help / Get Involved?

There are many ways to help:-

  • "Volunteer" or Workplace Volunteer Days
  • Wedding Favours or bequests
  • Organising fundraising events
  • Sponsoring events that we run (see Upcoming Events)
  • Donating your services or items that we can raffle and/or auction at our fundraising events
  • Workplace Giving
  • Staff fundraising and salary-based schemes

Above all, awareness of The Children's Sunshine Home and the valuable work it does to give quality of life to children's with life limiting and life threatening conditions, and the need for a Hospice, both of which help alleviate the pain and suffering of many Irish families, needs to be created and sustained.
